Q: What does OCD mean when referred to the Dr?

I called my Dr. yesterday to ask about a spot on my incision that was open, Dr. asked me to come in this morning so she could look at it.
When I got there they told me the Dr. was delivering a baby and I could either have the nurse look at it or come back, but Dr. only works till 12 today, she has surgery after that.
I had the nurse to look at it and she said it looked fine, but if the Dr. wants to see it they would call me back in.
The nurse says, "Dr is OCD" what is that?!?!?!

The only thing I could come up with is Overly Cautious Docter.

Possibly On Call Dr. The dr's in my area take turns being the on call dr, if you go into labor at night or have a nighttime emergency you may not get to see your dr, you see whichever one is on call.
