Pudendal Nerve?

Had a TAH-LSO two weeks ago for endo. Prior to the surgery, among various other issues, my dr narrowed the weird pain travelling down my leg to the pudendal nerve, speculating that I had endo that was in that area and affecting it. I haven't had my 2 week follow up yet, but am starting to feel a little pain in that area again and wonder if it could be just from the surgery and will heal more, or if it is coming back. Anybody know anything about this nerve area?

Never heard of it, but going to look it up in the medical dictionary. Don't have an answer for you. Sorry
