Re: 5 months post op and so tired

Sounds like you may need to have your hormones checked. I felt lots of joint pain prior to going on my HRT.

Re: 5 months post op and so tired

I had my vaginal hyst 10 months ago. At about the 8 month mark I started experiencing terrible joint pain in every joint in my body. Am taking compounded natural hormones. It does get worse when I don't get enough sleep.... but, persists (at a lesser level) even when I do get adequate sleep. Help! Any thoughts. I am trying to eat balanced, smaller meals.

Re: 5 months post op and so tired

I seen my gyn she said no hormones they have way too many side effects she does not do bio hormones. She said she would only prescribe if I couldn"t sleep at all. But she did say as far as the joint pain be sure to take 600 of calcium 2xs a day and gave me a script for some once a month pill for the bones. Im not taking it to many side effects for me.
