spotting again-week 7 Any ideas?

I have felt GREAT since week 5 and have resumed walking and running after my two small children.

Last week was my pseudo period. IN other words, if I still had a uterus, I would have been having my period. I know this b/c I get really bad PMS, which they actually call PMDD where I got nuts for a couple days from the drastic drop in hormones.

On friday I noticed some tan spotting and then since then i've had a little brown spotting. I'm concerned that this is happening b/c it seemed to happen after my last psuedo period, 3-4 weeks ago.

The only other thing I can think of is that I started lightly jogging during my walks b/c I felt so good. Could that have caused a problem?

I've also been having intercourse since week 5 and so far it hasn't been a problem, in fact it feels less painful than before.

Any ideas ladies? I'm a little afraid that I wil have this spotting every month with my cycle. Not a huge deal but what does it mean?

Let me know if you have any ideas!
Thanks!

Actually, since you had the LSH, meaning you kept your cervix, and you have your ovaries, it sounds like you are having mini periods. As the cervix does have endometrial lining, when your ovaries cycle, this lining can shed.

This many weeks after your hyst you could still be healing and having discharge from increased activity, however as this has already happened twice for you, around the "that time of the month," you might need to talk to your dr about mini periods and decide what your options are or if this is something you can tolerate.

Best wishes to you!
