50 Days Post Op hysterectomy and bleeding

I am 50 days after my total hysterectomy and have been bleeding for almost 20 days. Its mainly spotting and some days heavier than others. I am on blood thinners so Dr thinks thats whats causing the bleeding. Today I woke up with a very swollen belly, discomfort and what feels like cramps...almost like a period and I am loosing it!!!! I am scared of the "WHY"!!! Is anyone else bleeding? What has your Dr said? I am honestly scared. I've not had intercourse so that can b ruled out as to my bleeding. Just trying to get some HELP and answers from anyone having bleeding issues.

I too am 55 days out, but haven't had bleeding. Just a swollen belly from being on my feet a lot and packing up my classroom. Not heavy lifting though. It is hard to knoW what is normal. I would call my doctor or talk to a nurse on call to see what they think you should do. Good luck and try to relax. I think our imaginations make us crazy sometimes.
