I'm so tender help please (pregnancy mentioned)

Okay in March I had a baby. It was a vaginal delivery with an episiotomy. Ever since then I've been really tender. Now after my TVH on Thursday I'm very tender again and it almost feels like I was cut again but I'm not.

I'm assuming if something was wrong or abnormal my OB/Gyn would have noticed it and said something right? My skin is just so sore and tender in that area

I'm sure all is ok just traumatized from the surgery, do you have a peri-bottle?? I used one after I had my kids and I'd fill it with warm water and 'rinse' my area down there... It felt so good!!

Maybe you could also put a heating or ice pack down there (whichever feels better). (((hugs))) hope you feel better soon

I have a peri bottle and some fresh betadine. I guess I'll go back to using that for a while.
