16 days post op Hormone/Ovarian Shock: not sure how I'm gonna make it through this

It does improve but it sometimes takes time to get it where it is better. I had horrible symptoms for quite a while after the surgery but with help of HRT and other medicines it got better. Right now I am right back on this cycle of having problems again. We are changing medicines and it is messing me up big time. I can't sleep well over the last few days which is why I am on computer now. My insomnia is a little unusual in that I can go to sleep but wake up a few hours later and forget it. I have been through this before and know it will improve. Hang in there it does improve. For me a lot of trial and error.
