Some advice on clothing post surgery......

Two words: BIB OVERALLS!

I hadn't worn mine in years--not exactly a fashion statement, you know--but I LIVED in them for weeks after my hyst. Nothing to rub on that tender abdominal area, no tight waistband to contend with, and the belly is completely hidden.

Even my elastic waist sweatpants were not as comfortable as my bibs. I had four pair--two with long legs (black courderoy and jeans) and two with short legs (white painter style and jeans). They were worth their weight in gold to me!
