LAVH 5 months post/Now rightside Cysts

Okay, so I am 5 months post a LAVH, and kept my right ovary and tube. Only had cysts on my left side prior to my surgery...now I have a whopper of a cyst on my right. In a ton of pain. What the heck?!?!? We kept the right since I am in my late 30's and didn't want to go into early menopause. Why is this happening now?? GRRR.

I am in the same situation - and very frustrated about it. I kept both ovaries b/c dr. didn't want to put me in menopause at 38 years old. I had my LAVH in Nov. 2010 and I have had 2 ovarian cysts since then - a really large one on right side that has dissolved and now a smaller one on left side. Am frustrated that the only things left in there are giving me trouble.
