3 weeks post hysterectomy: Ovary pain?

I'm 3 weeks post TVH I got to keep my ovaries. since post week 2 I've been having non stop left ovary pain it fluctuates during the day depending on activity level. I mentioned it to my doc at my 2 week post op check he said to keep an eye on it but it's pretty common at this stage. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas?
