Is anyone a Hairstylist?

THANKS YOU GUYS!! I went back today but I didn't do any styling. I just did some rearranging to my area..( no lifting.. ...I cleaned my station and renewed it a bit. I just felt like making it look different. One of the ladies that I work with..who didn't even call while I was out!...wanted to act as though it was business as usual when she saw me. I am quite honkerblonked at her and my other co-worker. We are the ONLY ones in this 3 stylist salon and have always been close...so I thought...the other lady has had a hyst a couple of years ago. Just before I came there to work. Neither of them called or came by...I live about 4 blocks from the salon!...But....I considered leaving for that reason as well as the standing...but I decided that I will not give them the privilege!!!....I will still love them...I just know where to " file" them in my " friend" book...under...NOT!!!...hahaahhaha....I wish you all well...all the info has been great and needed...Please don't hesitate to drop me a line again.....God Bless and continued health....Sw88tp8a

Congratulations on going back to work & you sound happy to be back! I'm glad to hear that you didn't overdo it on your first day because standing on your feet so early in your recovery post-op can be quite stressfull on your body & may cause problems. Have you considered working part time for a while? Remember we only have one chance to heal properly! Take care.
