Pain after 1 year
Hi there,
Yes I do think there is recovery, but some of us just seem
to have problems for whatever reason. I like you, live a healthy lifestyle which did include regular exercise until
last year! Glad you are going to Dr. You mentioned everything checked out in ER at your visits - did they do CT scans of your abdomen or just a physical check?
Reason why I ask, is once they thought I might have
been bleeding internally and they immediately did a CT
scan of my abdomen. Don't know if you're in US or
have a PPO or HMO - but it might be worth it to request
this at your visit. I'm on a PPO and have sensed that if
you ask and they say no - then "they" have a problem
if something shows up later - get my drift?
I have an appt on Tues with internal med dr, by passing my gyn, and asking for a referral to a urologist for a review
of the numerous UTIs I have since surgery. Should have
been more assertive with my gyn after about the 3rd one...
oh well, live and learn.
