Almost 2 years post op, almost no hormones and a lot of pain

Hi Ladies, I need help. I am almost 2 years post op. I have my right ovary only. I have had blood done on my hormones and it's bad. I have absolutely no testosterone, and the estrogen and progesterone are both in the post menopausal range. I have all the symptoms of menopause. I am 37. I am not on HRT.

Now, I keep having horrendous pain in my right are (ovary area), I don't have a gall bladder so it's not that, that's higher anyways. But the pain feels like stabbing cramps, like a period. Like bad enough that I literally thought I was bleeding out. My rectum hurt, my vagina, my legs. Very bazaar and I don't know what the heck.

I have a call into my doctor. But I am wondering if anyone had a similar experience, because to me it seems like my ovary is gone bye bye.

Thanks.

No, I haven't. I guess that's the next steps. My left one looked like popcorn with the cysts, so I wonder if my right is jacked too. She took everything but that ovary...and I kinda wish she had because my fear was that it would do this or die or whatever...and I would have to remove it anyways.

Thank you!

I had the stabbing pains like that and it was cysts and endometriosis. The cysts we're too small to take seriously, and they didn't find the endo until the surgery. I'm so sorry! The hormone struggle is so very real!

Thanks. That make sense. I keep having vaginal pain as well. It's on and off. Feel like severe period pain and cramps. Ugh.
