Muscle spasms over 4 weeks post hysterectomy

Greetings. I'm approaching 5 wks post op of a TAH with both ovaries in tack. I haven't had any cramps or bleeding but today I feel muscle spasms/quivers in my lower abdomen, mainly on the right side. The spasms aren't painful or uncomfortable but it's something I've never experienced until today. Has anyone else had this issue?
