LSH scheduled for November 3
Hi everyone.
I am new to this forum (obviously  ). I have my LSH scheduled for November 3 after 7 years (on and off) of excessive bleeding. I had the Novasure procedure done two years ago and it worked well for only a year and a half.
I am 44 years old. I know this is the right decision for me, but I am still kind of emotional about it.
I have a diverse health history. I am a 21 year survivor of Hodgkins Lymphoma, treated with 6 months of radiation therapy. During that period, I had a laparotomy, so I already have el giganto scar going up from my pubic bone to my diaphragm. Because of this, I may end up having a partial abdominal hysterectomy. My doctor really will not know until she is doing the procedure. I am preparing for the abdominal, but hoping for the laproscopic...
I am nervous, but I am looking forward to the stock in Proctor and Gamble not splitting every time I enter a drug store...

I had a LSH and it is still one of the best things I ever did for my long term health.
