Tender Belly After Bouncing Activities at 5 Months Post Hysterectomy

I am at just over 5 months past my TAH. I have slowly been running more and tried attending a Zumba-like RevFit hour of pretty intense exercises. I had great success but my belly just underneath my belly button doesn't like too much bouncing yet. I can bend and do all sorts of things, but apparently jumping or bouncing activities cause some kind of disturbance. Is anyone doing things like this and experiencing tenderness still at 5 months postop?

I had my TAH on 28th July and have been back at Zumba since 6 weeks. Also doing Pound Fit and running and have no pain or tenderness at all. I guess everyone is different........

I had this issue at 5 months. I couldn't get back to the bouncing till a year later. We all heal different and I was one of the slow healers.. Always have been like that. Just ease into it and it was get better.

The doctor says it may be internal healing still. I was off for the summer during in it a recovery and had very little trouble. I am a teacher and on my feet all day. He said it will just take time since I was back at it after 8 weeks. I can run, so it's not all bouncing. Zumba like dancing is getting better for me. He says just do what I can slowly building more.
