Can somebody please help me read this report.

Should have CA-125 results this afternoon or early morning.

There is a heterogeneous hypoechoic circumscribed mass in the right ovary which demonstates increased sound transmission. This measures approximately 2.9x2.4x2.7 cm and is most consistent with a hemmorrhagic cyst. On patient's prior ultrasound exam from 7/24/08 there is a cyst with interal septations. That cyst measured 3.04x204x2.6 cm. The present cyst most likely represents the prior cyst with some new hemorrhage within it. There is a second right ovarian cyst measuring 1.1 cm.

I have been having pain since 12/25/2008.

Rambi, you need to check back with your doctor! I am assuming that you have already had a hysterectomy and they left the ovaries. Am I right? Sorry, I tend to be a little on the dingy side. Hehe.
I have been looking for you. Try looking for Reports on Ovary mass. Something like that. I encourage all these WONDERFUL ladies to help you in this, as someone else may have more knowledge of this than I do.

Yes, I had a LAVH in 2004 and left ovary removed Feb. 2008. I'm so scared I do feel I have OC.
