I want to order a tummy binder, but am concerned about the sizing. Do you measure at your waist or hips (across your belly button)?

I love my binder! I am wearing it just below the belly button; that is where you should measure.

I measured around hips and belly button. Ended up the biggest one. I wear a size 18 pants maybe that can give you some idea if you are a large size.

I wear a size 18 pants and needed the largest binder. Maybe that gives you some bearing. Measure hips across belly button.
