TVH and swelly Belly Band

Good Morning to everyone, I have a question dose anyone know if with a TVH surgery you can still benefit from the Swelly Bally Band? I am wondering about this because if I will benefit from using it then I want to order the band,,,,

I didn't have a TVH, I had a laproscopic surgery and didn't need a swelly belly band. I used my tummy pillow for support.

Hopefully another member who has had a TVH can give additional information.

I had a TVH, no swelly belly, no need for even a pillow to hold. From what I've read though, some do get swelly after their TVH so it could go either way. So I don't know if you want to pre order or wait. Good luck with your surgery.

I had a TVH a week ago and have not had a problem with swelly belly. I did keep a small pillow nearby and used it once or twice, but it wasn't a big deal.

Ladies thank you for the info, I have been planning for my surgery, I will use a small pillow instead. Hope you all are doing well.
