LSH Feel like you have to "justify"?

I can say that I understand the frustration...there are some people who just don't get it. For me, I am used to it a little. In dealing w/my endo for years people just did not understand why I didn't want to do things some times...I was in so much pain so often and it wasn't that I didn't WANT to, it was I could NOT do.

I am fortunate in the fact my DH supports me and helps me and tries his best to understand. He absolutely will tell me to sit down and relax. I start to feel better and I get up and go w/out realizing I still have many limitations and a long way to go to completely heal. Good thing he knows his princess! LOL!

I say...do what is best for you! You know your body, you know what you need and for as much as we are alike we are also different!

I do feel like I need to justify why I'm not ready to do somethings. Luckily, I'm doing it to myself and no one else is adding to it. My DH and family keep telling me that I'm doing great and to not do things that are too much right now. It frustrates me that I'm not better yet! I have to keep telling myself that I've had major surgery and I'm not supposed to be back to work just yet. That it is okay to let DH chop his own veggies for lunch, and every other thing that I'm worried I'm being to wussy to do yet!
