Hysterectomy: July 22nd, 2014

cramping and spotting 10 months after hysterectomy

I am a bit concerned. I had a full hysterectomy 10 months ago for severe endometriosis. 1 ovary was left. For the first 5 months i was fine however i have now gone back to having abdominal pains and spotting that is getting worse each month. Any suggestions what might be causing this? Thanks
