1 month post op TAH

My short term ends on Oct 27th, going to the Dr. today for post op check up. I sweat a lot at night, can't sit in the car or cpu over 20min. I sleep better in the chair because I pull something when I lay in bed and move around and it's a sharp pain same as when I sit too long. I walk good and did some yard work, car broke down and waiting for the tow was rough then sat at auto repair which was rough. I want to go to work but I need to be sure I'm not over doing it.

I hope that your appointment went well yesterday. Did you get the approval to return to work? I can relate to sleeping in a chair more comfortably. I lived in my recliner for weeks are surgery.

Please do take it easy when you can. Listen to what your body is tellling you. When you worry that you have overdone it, perhaps that is a sign to let up a bit on activities.

Hopefully your night sweats will calm down over time. I couldn't tell from your profile if you still have your ovaries. That makes a difference in when this settles down.
