What if any hormone r we missing after hysterectomy if we kept our ovaries?

Hi girls..
Just wondering what hormone r we missing if any if we keep our ovaries? It's been 2weeks since my surgery and I keep on waiting for some kind of hormonal imbalance/symptoms to happen and take over..I'm so afraid of this.. Does anyone need to have hrt even if ovaries r kept?
Btw, I know my post says I had my ovaries removed,but I was blessed during surgery, the tumor that they thought was cancerous wasn't, so I was able to save my ovaries...

The removal of the uterus can disrupt the blood supply to the ovaries so that temporarily some women have a bit of an issue, but once the ovaries are functioning normally after a hysterectomy your hormones should be the same as always!
