My DH did not get me a gift, but...


For the first few days...

He walked me to the bathroom, pulled my pants down for me, left the room, came back a few minutes later, pulled up my pants, and walked me back to my chair. Even in the middle of the night.

He woke up every four hours and was waiting with the pain meds for me to wake up.

He lifted me in and out of our SUV.

Now 5 weeks later, he still won't let me load the dishwasher, take out the garbage, vacuum, etc.

I think that's pretty romantic.

But I AM happy you got a new ring. Jewelry is always good! I just had to brag about my husband somewhere!
