knot /bubble inside my incision?????

Hi Sonie,
If you are feeling hardness, lump directly behind any portion of your incision then you are most likey feeling the "healing ridge". This is very normal. However, if you have any pain, tenderness or redness to your incision or beside it then this could be an infection. I am hopeful you are just feeling your healing ridge. It is kind of strange feeling. I am an RN and used to work for surgeons. Blessings!

knot /bubble inside my incision?????

I had tiny incisions for LAVH but underneath felt hard for some weeks- there's still a small amount of hardness now at nearly 12 weeks. I had this before with lap surgery so i was expecting it. if it feel really tender or sore, I would get it checked for infection.

knot /bubble inside my incision?????

Yes, I had a knot or two under my incision for a while, about the size of a beebee. Not painful or red. They went away after a while, can't recall just how long that took. My incision is totally flat now. I'm still doing the Curad scar therapy tape every day, and it is now less red than before, not too bad considering I had a TAH.
