Can't achieve orgasm or climax

I had a TAH in 2008, both ovaries removed, partial bladder removal, partial bowel removal, some intestines removed, and have a permenant ileostomy on the left side next to my navel.
I still have endometriosis, still have adhesions.

I take Femoston 1/10mg tabletfor HRT purposes.

Sex with my husband is becoming almost extinct; the reason for this is because:

* sexual intercourse is quite often painful inside and I suffer with severe back and leg pain

* Even though I become moist enough to ejaculate the white stuff from my vagina, I do not get any climax, nor do I get an orgasm

Please, is there anything out there that can help my situation?

Re: Can't achieve orgasm or climax

I'm sorry that you're having problems. If you've read other posts in this forum, you know that you're not alone.

Have you been back to your doctor to discuss your concerns? Maybe some adjustments to your hormone therapy will be helpful. I know in my own situation, it took a lot of tinkering with doses and various hormones until I finally hit on the right combination. It can be a frustrating journey but it is possible to feel normal again.

I hope your doctor is willing to work with you. If not, consider finding a doctor who will.
