feeling weird

I had my surgery the same day LAVH/BSO. 2 weeks after the surgery I started on Climara Weekly Patch [Soy Based]. They told me I would have hot flashes, nightsweats, out of control feelings...Nothing.I had always had a hard time sleeping so it was nothing new after the surgery. The past couple of days I have been able to go to sleep by 1pm and sleep all night. I had all the WEIRD feeling you spoke of before the surgery [Just the way I was ] and now am calm. Maybe your system just needs to adjust to the Premarin. They may change the dose after awhile. There's alot of feed back on this on the site about what your talking about....just have to read to find it. I hope someone can help you with this.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i was there and i came here for comfort. it helped. you're not alone. i was scared above all and the unknown was the anxiety part of it. find some new hobby or make a list of some things you need to do around the house but "never had the time" to do....now's the time to do it! go thru some old magazines and enjoy the articles or pics in them. i pretty much stayed on this site, did some sensible spring cleaning, went thru old family photos, and most of all, walked around a bit to keep my body moving to get better faster....you'll make it thru-trust me-the sisters here helped me get there, and now we'll help you get there!

Sick feeling today

I went to the doc last Monday for my six week post op checkup. I left there very confused. After surgery on July 19 he told my hubby and I that he kept both ovaries and they looked good. When I went for my visit, he told me that he had taken the left ovary because it had a large cyst but not to worry it was benign. I also told him I had been having bad hot flashes and he told me to wait until the weather changed and see how I felt. I left the office so upset. He made me feel like he could have cared less about how I felt.
I went back to work the following day full time. It was a rough week. I was so very tired and achy. I was thankful for the holiday thinking I could rest for three days. I had to call in today. I was so sick all night with diahrea and a terrible headache that started Sunday. I am wondering if anyone else has had simular situations.
