Re: Surgery Soon

Hello Sisters,
I went to the NEW gyn on Aug. 22, 01 and he's a gem. I really
like him alot & he's very compassionate & also he listened too
everything I had to say. Also I took my Personal Medical Journal
wit me to "share" it with him. He was very please to read all the
information I had & we spent alot of time discussing my symptoms
and the news is I have Endo. He asked me did any of the other
gyn that I previously saw tell me, of course I said NO, which is
the truth. I told him all they ever told me that "it was all in my
head", and they kept focusing on IBS, that's it. He told me that
he was so sorry I had to go through all that "stress" with them
He assured me that he was going to do everything possible too
make things better for me. So we discussed me having a hyst.
He told me he would do it anytime. So I'm scheduled in aprox.
3 weeks, my insurance will have to give approval, then I shall
have an actual date. Finally at last, a doctor who CARES...
I've been so fatigued and also my abdominal pain is terrible, along
with the fact that my husband injured his back on monday, so I've
been having to take him to appts ALL week & me having insomnnia really bad hasn't helped the situation.
Hopefully today I would love to chat later with you "sisters"...
Everyone thanks so much for your "support", and also have a
Great Weekend!

Hugs,
Michelle Bradley-Kennedy

Re: Surgery Soon

Michelle,
Isn't it wonderful to get a dr like that? I searched for yrs and finally found one myself!
So glad to hear you won't have to do this much longer!
Hang in there! And big hugs and prayers!

Re: Surgery Soon

Finally Michelle!
I am soooo happy for you! Now maybe you can relax a bit knowing that someone believes you and wants to help. What a struggle this has been. Now, try to get some rest so you'll be ready for surgery!
Warmly,
Pammy
