Irritable and weepy

My doc put me back on serafem. I was taking it for PMS and now I need to take it so I don't wig out completely on my almost 3 year old and 4 1/2 year old.

I've been up for a little over an hour and 1/2 and things are not better today. Last night was having major hot flashes...went to bed and laid on top of the covers which is not normal for me in january...I'm usually buried under blankets! I did call the dr's office yesterday and talked with his nurse. She told me that he wanted me to wait until my 2 week checkup, which is on 2/1 and at that time he will do a hormone level check. She said to tell my family that I'm having a pyscotic (sp) episode and apologize upfront about anything that might happen to come out of my mouth. She knows me too well I think! Anyway, I explained to everyone what was going on and they all SAY the understand, but how can they? DH said if I needed to cry, he'd hold me until it was over with...lol..what a sweetheart. But with the hot flashes, it's kinda like, don't touch me I'm burning up!
