OMG - Acronym assistance please

I'm relatively new to the world of hysterectomy lingo, (aussie for 'language'), and am struggling through going backward and forward through topics and articles etc to find the appropriate meaning for the acronyms used.

By the time that I have found the meaning, I have forgotten the the content of the topic. Sometimes I even lose the thread.

One solution to my problem would be to have multiple windows open on my pc and toggle between them, but this is fiddly and slow if using other browsers.

Can anyone direct me to the whereabouts of ALL OF THE ACRONYM MEANINGS?

If there isn't one, can I suggest that the website managers compile one?

The link above is to the 'pre-op check-points'. It starts wth some questions that are meant to help you consider all the issues that go along with the surgery and how it changes our lives (that my opinion, it might not be how the site admins woiuld say it.)

If you scroll below that, it get into all the different types of hysts and their acronyms. Sometimes you will see others but this is the bulk of them.

Welcome to our group that none of us wanted to have to seek out but are so glad we found.

If you'd liek to find soem more aussies go to forums and scroll down until you find the Australia/New Zealand forum and post there.

Thank you all soooo much!!! I was getting confused, but all seems clearer. I have bookmarked the above link and I am sure it will help no end until the terminology/understanding rolls off my brain.

Thanks for the directions to other Aussies patchkaz. No doubt you will catch me there in the very near future.

Enjoy the remainder of your evenings/nights Ladies.
