Weird quick heart/chest pangs

Tomorrow marks one week since my complete laparoscopic hysterectomy including ovaries and tubes... I think I've done fairly well this week... Thought it was odd that I've had no bleeding?? But, last night and then on and off today, I have had these faint and quick little chest pains... It's not an ache... And it's not the trapped shoulder air---I survived that thank goodness---it was AWFUL... It's just quick little pangs --- sharp but ever so slight... Like getting pricked by a needle... (that's how quick they are) and its just occasional...not constant...
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
I don't want to panic but I don't want to ignore something important, either...
Any ideas????
