Extreme pain with sneezing 3 weeks post op

I had the DaVinci surgery TLH/BSO on November 19th. Of course 3 days post op, I caught a cold. Sneezing was extremely painful. Well, I still experience the same amount of pain with sneezing now 3 1/2 weeks post op. I thought it would be better by now. But, I still feel like I am ripping everything on my left side apart every time. Anyone else feeling this?

I still have pain when sneezing and I'm 7 weeks out. Not as bad as it was, but if I'm sitting down I bend my knees when I feel it coming and it doesn't hurt so much. It did feel like everything was ripping apart at 3 weeks post op. Now it is more like a pulling sensation.
