Over Anxious at 2 weeks post op

My surgery was on Dec 14th and I am doing really well. I am able to sleep in my own bed now and lay on my side. The soreness is now localized to my incision site with slightly more pain on my left side which does not surprise me as that side gave me problems before the surgery. I still feel the need to hold my tummy in when I am walking.

I have had no reactions to the HRT Thank you Jesus!

I would like to get back to my regular walks but after reading some of the posts it may be awhile.

I am so grateful to this site it has helped me stay realistic with my recovery and helped to know what to expect before surgery.

so glad you are doing well I'm anxious to get back to my regular work outs, too...but it's going to take time. Right now I'm happy to be walking in my house - 40 minutes a day (timed on the oven timer ) Some walks are only 5 minutes...but I get to my 40 within the day.
