Surgery Type: TAH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Abdominal Discomfort???

I had a TAH Feb 18. I am doing very well, my bikini incision is healing well. My question is this. The place I have had the most discomfort since day one is directly to the right of my bellybutton. No where near my incision, it is tender to touch and I can't bend over that way....it feels like something is in the way? Is this normal?

Remember, you've had a major renovation inside. Call dr if you are concerned. I'm a week post-op tomorrow and every day something new hurts. Just part of recovery.
