You need to go slow and easy -- and remember that not everyone heals in the same ways.

Maybe you over did it yesterday -- trying to drive?? yes even the pretend drive.
If you are not having a great day today -- it might mean that you over did it yesterday -- or you are not drinking enough water.

Give your self time to heal and try to take care of you.

Hi!

Oh, I do dislike arriving at a doctor's appointment and having my mind go completely blank. I think preparing a list of questions is a good idea.

You're closing in on being three weeks post-op, so you may want to use the suggested questions from the 3 - 4 Week Checkpoint as a starting point. Here's a link to that resource: Post-Op Hysterectomy Weeks 3 - 4. You'll need to scroll down the page to find them.

Another idea is to look back through threads you have started. While asking for shared experiences from your Sisters here is a good way to compare notes, it doesn't take the place of asking your own doctor. If any concerns you posted about still concern you, they're worth mentioning to your doctor at your appointment.

I hope your appointment goes well!
