Bowel Prep hint

Your doctor may not require it of his/her patients. Consider yourself lucky if you don't have to do it.

Just one simple hint to add...

Eat lightly the night before your prep day! Avoid a lot of heavy fatty rich foods.

Most of us are tempted to treat ourselves to a favorite restaurant, a favorite rich dessert, or a big all-you-can-eat meal because we know we will be on clear liquids the next day.

Resist this temptation. The prep will be much easier on your tender bottom without the heavy pre-prep meal. What goes in... must come out!

yeah, now i can deal with the cit of mag and i do have a bottle of the grape flavor in my fridge. i have not taken it yet. i'm gonna see what the doctor says first.
