Poop gets stuck :(

Definately try the books or a small stool, this worked for me.

I had the worst time getting "it" out 5 days after surgery. Walking definitely helps, but it was stuck for me too. This sounds so weird but it worked for me-a little olive oil on my bootie and 5 seconds later it came right out. It also seemed to help with the constipation I was having. I felt so much better! Whatever works right! Hope you find something that works for you!
