Like clockwork -- that week-2 bleed :-)

Ick. Looks like the internal stitches are dissolving; I had some mild bleeding all day yesterday, 14 days post-op -- at its worst, kind of like a moderate period. Fortunately, I'd read about other women's similar experiences on this message board (yay!) Called the doctor's office; they're not too worried about it, since the bleeding is minor and seems to be slowing down, and I feel great otherwise (lots of energy, no pain or fever). They just want me to get lots of rest, and call back if it gets worse or persists for more than another day or two.

For women who have experienced this: About how long does it usually last? Does it tend to stop and start up again? I was looking forward to getting rid of these @#&*$ pads soon! (I know, I know, I know .... patience ....!)
