Now I have my kids stomach virus!

I've managed to escape this virus for 10 days and finally when they start to get past it I end up with it. Do you know how hard it is to throw up with staples??? I'm dying, I swear it. Sighhh

Oh, Honey, I'm so sorry.

I threw up multiple times following my surgery. I ended up lying on my side with my face hanging over the end of a basin. That was the only position that reduced the effort needed to ringgit up and reduced the pressure on my vertical incision.

Make sure you keep a folded up towel handy and hold it over your incision when you heave.

I hope it passes quickly and do let your doctor know. They might be able to give you some anti nausea medicine.

Thank you! My husband is a chemo patient so we've got plenty of nausea meds around here. I took half of one since I've booted all my other meds I figure it's fine, I was prescribed the same ones after surgery but never needed it filled.
