Questions for my mom--right sided pain

I am new to this site and joined on behalf of my mother. She had early stage uterine cancer and a hysterectomy that reported left her clear. This was in Jan 2010. She has had excriciating right side pain ever since which also causes nausea she has a high tolerance to pain, however she has taken to bed and given up...she is 76 years young, we have had numerous er trips cat scans etc. colonoscopy everything clear she describes it as gas pain that she cannot release, bowel movements reportedly fine at present...

I'm certainly no medical professional, but could it be adhesions from her original surgery?

Re: Questions for my mom--right sided pain

I am not a doctor but could it be gallbladder issues? That is on your right side and I am not sure how well it responds to pain meds when it flares up. Pancreatitis can also be on that side-inflammation of the pancreas. Hope you find out what it is soon.
