One Day Post Op!

So far doing really well. Not much pain....sore throat and gassy. Surgery went well and had to stay overnight in the hospital but was home by noon today. Dr. put me on pain meds and an antibiotic, but so far no complaints. Just sitting here watching my husband sleeping....his first day on the job of taking care of me during recovery, poor guy lol!

Welcome to the other side. Glad to hear your surgery went great. Remember even if you are feeling great to pamper yourself, you just had major surgery. Happy recovery

Thanks ladies and I am certainly glad to have made it to the other side.

well, if you are not absolutely writhing in pain ( I sure as heck was) I'd say you are already in fantastic shape!!! I'm so glad the pain is minimal.
