Spotting

I had my lap/vag assited sureery(uterus&cervex) only 4/26/10. I felt great today and went to the grocery store. Now i;m spotting again. Is this normal or am i doing to much to fast?

Okie,

I had my surgery on 4/27 and went to grocery store today also, i am still spotting a well. I think its ok as long as it not soaking your pad and it not bright red. Mine is lite pink little orange. Im going to call my doc tomorrow just to xheck.

Whew at least we aren't alone in this. Thanks so much for the reply. Please let us know whot the Doc says. It sure felt good to go out and about huh? Wishing you a speedy recovery!

If you were pushing a cart or carrying a basket, I would definitely say too much too soon! I am almost 4 weeks post-op and still can't push a grocery cart without some soreness. I can imagine that at only a week or so post-op, it could certainly cause a little bleeding or discharge. Just take it slow and easy! You don't want a setback!
