Post op question

hi everyone!
hope you all doing well!
i am at my beginning of 6th week of recovery. last night, er, i mean, early morning hours, me and my DH got carried away with cuddling and other hanky panky stuff in our bed. knowing full well that my doc has NOT cleared me for any penetration and running, we got creative. the thing is, i noticed that my clitoris in my my va jay jay has a whole new feeling of its own...meaning that whoa, this time it was more pleasurable AFTER my LAVH. does this mean my sex drive kick it up to a whole new level with new sensations i never felt before? of course i'm NOT going to ask my doc this question, it's embarrassing! the outercourse was satisfying, to our shock, esp. my DH! LOL

I know it's a little embarrassing to ask doc. questions about things like that, but you need to be able to. I would think outercourse at 6 weeks would be fine, but I'm not your doc. and we're all different.

Good that your sensitivity is still there, it's reassuring to those ladies who wonder. I haven't had issues there either.

thanx for your input, sisters! yes you are right, i would have to ask my doc these questions. as a matter of fact, i think i'll make my DH go with me b/c the last time he went with me, he was the ONE asking my doc all the sex-related questions while i was getting beet red in my face!
i think at this point, try to enjoy what i have and explore!

I bring my dh cause my doc. doesn't seem to listen to me when he's not there. Suddenly when dh is there, he's asking at least twice, "Any questions?" That never happens without him. He's running out the door. lol

reliefseekr, that's so hilarious! i do agree with you, because when my DH is there with me, my doc and DH talk about me as if i'm not in the same room with me. sounds like our DHs are not shy to ask about anything, so it's a good thing!

That's a wonderful idea of taking your hubby with you....mine tried to make it to every appointment. Let's get real....the doctor's have heard it all....I don't think their is nothing they haven't heard. If you can post your question here and we don't think it's embarrassing or crazy, then you can ask the doctor.
