Fevers Normal?

My total abdominal hyster was on Wed and I was senthome on Fri. I was running low grade fevers but today it spiked up to 101.6. Should I go in? I have been having a lot of mucus and coughing, which is killer on the incision. I'm just feeling so horrible...what do I do?

I think you know... you need to call the on-call doctor at your DR's practice. If there is no on-call doctor, then by all means go in to the ER and get seen.

I totally agree. You need to call dr. or go to ER.

You need to get attention!!! Call the office or go to the ER...but get attention.

yes ! call the Dr. or go to the ER i to came home and 2 days later had a 100.1 fever turned out it was from the foley cath i had to come home with i got on antibiotic right away and felt better the next day. Fever is always infection so dont take itlightly.
I had to go back to the Dr. again 2 days later and even stated... "I dont want to be one of THOSE patients" they were totally understanding and solved my next problem and i am finally on the road to recovery good luck and keep us posted
