Brownish green spotting?

I know this sounds gross, but for the last two days I've had brownish green spotting. I had a TAH/BSO on January 16th and up to this point was doing really well. I'm worried that I have an infection. No fever. Called the nurse to have her ask the DR but haven't received a call back yet today and am worried. I was spotting light pink and she said that was totally normal, it was the stitches dissolving.
Any thoughts?

Hmmm, well the brown could very well be just from old blood finally coming out, bu the green doesn't sound good to me. I would be kind of worried about it too, hope you get a phone call soon and that everything turns out well for you sweetheart. Good luck!

Don't panic, it hasn't happened to me as yet, but my doc said to expect the green spotting which is the stitches dissolving.

Thats a relief. Thank you for letting me know that. I called the DR office two more times yesterday. I think she was in surgery all day.
The spotting has changed to just light brownish now so its probably just what you said; the stitches dissolving.
