Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Removed both

Pain in rectum / vagina 6 weeks post hysterectomy

Hello everyone, I am 6 wks post op from my complete LAVH. Yesterday I had a BM and afterwards I noticed alot of pain in my rectum and vagina . Has anyone else experienced this before ? I did not strain , it was a smooth flow...(not trying to be gross). I had this pain prior to having my hysterectomy but I was told that it was due to my fibroids and thickening endometrium.

Could it be scar tissue? Like a pulling from an adhesion?
