TAH 12 weeks post hysterectomy, will the bloating ever go?

Yep,me too.I've lost loads of weight but I still have one.

At the end of the day, I'm walking like I'm at the end of a long pregnancy and all bloated.

that's how I feel! Lol! It's weird because I feel so good when I wake up most days. And I have even started to walk (earlier in the day) with a little more pep in my step, it's like I'm two diff people. Lol!

I was having the same problem. My doctor said it was tons of gas in my intestines. She suggested I eliminate all dairy, gluten, and gas producing fruits and vegetables from my diet. I also switched to tea from coffee and added Phillips Colon Health capsules twice a day to add good bacteria back into my intestines. It's only been 24 hours since I started this and I feel 100% better! I've had almost no swelling or pain today. Maybe this would work for you. I just Googled gas producing foods and followed that list.

Just wanted to do an update. I'm nearly 14 wks and if I feel a lil bloaty, I just do a salad at lunch or soup for supper. It's getting better for me, will be glad to say ," good riddance " to the swelly belly. May help w summer coming on, I don't want as much to eat, went out to the farm today and hiked a bit and soaked my feet in the cool creek, felt wonderful.
