Tummy Tuck following TAH?

I have never had a perfectly flat tummy and I was okay with that. However, now that I've had my TAH my incision has created a nasty overhang that just looks gross. This I don't think I can live with for the long haul. I'm going to see if once I get back to the gym more regularly it improves but if not has anyone considered having a tummy tuck to address this issue?

Time may help. I had some degree of swelly belly for about three months after surgery.
