Backpacking at 12 weeks!

Hi, Patelska - now that you mention getting tired, I remembered (how conveniently I forgot) that my energy level on the layover day this weekend was pretty low. That wasn't necessarily due to post-surgery stuff, since we were up pretty high and I wasn't eating much, and DH was also low energy! But it could have been just a bit of a crash too. I am feeling energized today, as I usually do after time up in the mountains.

Folksy - you go girl! I'm not sure I'd be up to exerting myself at 85 degrees (used to when I was a kid growing up in a hot area, but not anymore since I'm living in the temperate SF bay area - I'm a wimp about heat now).
