Re: Going to the castle in 2 hours time

Hang in there, lizzieme: the worst is almost behind you! I remember smiling from the moment I woke up, even though I don't remember much else, and even though it was uncomfortable those first few hours last week. You're doing the right thing for your body and your health, and life is definitely better on the other side!

I'll be thinking about you today, and in the post-op thread as soon as you can let us know how it went!

Re: Going to the castle in 2 hours time

I leave in 45 min....I'm very excited and happy. I will feel so much better. I have been talking to my uterus and ovaries and thanking them for a job well done. I honor their hard work, but now they have to go. I've also been talking to all the other organs and blood cells and telling them to relax and cooperate and begin the healing kindly and gently. I know it sounds crazy..I'll let you know how it goes. Good luck to you all who are going in today.

Re: Going to the castle in 2 hours time

I'm scheduled next week for a LAVH. Very nervous and stress seems to be my new friend. UGH! Just want to get it over with.
